Exhibitor/Sponsor Agreement
You/Your company (hereinafter Exhibitor) and the Florida Association of Nonprofit Organizations, Inc. (hereinafter called Association) agree as follows: The Association authorizes the Exhibitor, under the terms herein, to exhibit products, services, and materials applicable to the nonprofit and related industries during the 2009 Nonprofit Expo.
Each exhibition shall be confined to the Exhibitor’s booth in the 2009 Nonprofit Expo. Tuesday August 4 and Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at the Embassy Suites Hotel Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Sponsors Levels and Benefits
$10,000 Double Diamond receives keynote opportunity, 2 VIP tickets, full page back cover full color ad in printed program, and 8 nonprofit scholarship tickets, sponsor package* $5,000 Diamond: receives speaking opportunity 2 VIP tickets, full page full color ad in printed program, 4 nonprofit scholarship tickets, sponsor package*
$2,500 Sapphire: receives panel opportunity, 4 tickets, half page full color ad in printed program, sponsor package*
$1,000 Garnet: receives 2 tickets, quarter page full color ad in printed program, sponsor package*
*Sponsor Package consists of recognition in press releases, company name/logo in the program & web page, recognition and appreciation as a sponsor from podium and a commutative thank you plaque. The charge for exhibit space is: $795 Table top: Members and $950 Table top: Non-member
Space is on a first come, first serve basis. The Exhibitor and Association will determine exhibit location at the time this agreement is signed. (See lay out) Exhibits include, one 6 foot table, two chairs, wastebasket and signage with the exhibitor’s name and booth space.
Set up: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 4, 2009 Teardown: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Wednesday, August 5, 2009
Electricity and phone services may be purchased from the Hotel at an extra cost. As an exhibitor I agree to provide two door prizes, valued at $50 or more. (For example goods, gift certificates, gift baskets or services) The Cancellation Policy: Exhibitors may cancel booth reservation before July 27, 2009 and receive a 90% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 27, 2009
